Florida is in crisis ̶ and House District 50 is living at the epicenter of it.
The cost of living has gone through the roof. Working families are living through hell, forced to choose between buying food or paying rent, between medicine or keeping the lights on.
Wages aren’t rising, but layoffs are. Prices keep climbing, affordable housing has disappeared, and for far too many people, affordability is a thing of the past.
Small businesses the ones that lift up our neighborhoods and our communities are being crushed by this economy. Costs are unbearable, economic policies have failed, and unnecessary tariffs are making it harder than ever just to survive in Florida. Many business owners are struggling to keep their doors open.
Owning a home is now a luxury for the wealthy. The American Dream is being denied to working people. And meanwhile, insurance companies take advantage of everyday families with no consequences.
Our freedoms are under attack.
The Constitution is being trampled.
Rights our grandparents fought for are being ripped away right before our eyes.
Immigrants are being targeted because of the color of their skin. Racial profiling is being used against Black and Latino communities.
People are being detained by masked agents, without warrants, at workplaces, in stores, even in schools. That is not justice. That is abuse.
Citizens, legal residents, asylum seekers, undocumented people, everyone is in the crosshairs.
Families are being separated. Children are living in fear.
This is not normal politics. This is a decisive moment.
They are counting on us to stay quiet.
They are counting on us to be afraid.
But we will not surrender. Not now. Not ever.
This campaign is about defending democracy, protecting working people, our families, and reclaiming the soul of this nation. We will take away the power from Tallahassee and give it back to our cummunity. Our residents know what is best for them. District 50 Help is on the way!
Florida está en crisis ̶ y el Districto Estatal 50 está en el epicentro de todo.
El costo de vida se ha ido por las nubes. Las familias trabajadoras están viviendo un infierno, teniendo que escoger entre comprar comida o pagar la renta, entre medicinas o la luz y el agua.
Los salarios no suben, pero los despidos sí. Los precios siguen subiendo, la vivienda asequible desapareció, y para demasiada gente la estabilidad ya no existe.
Las pequeñas empresas, las que levantan nuestros barrios y nuestras comunidades están siendo aplastadas. Los costos están imposibles, las políticas económicas han fallado, y aranceles innecesarios están haciendo que sobrevivir en Florida sea más difícil que nunca. Tener casa propia ahora es un lujo para los ricos. El sueño americano se le está negando a la clase trabajadora. Y mientras tanto, las compañías de seguros se aprovechan del pueblo sin consecuencias.
Nuestras libertades están bajo ataque.

Los inmigrantes están siendo perseguidos por el color de su piel. Hay perfil racial contra comunidades negras y latinas.
Personas están siendo detenidas por agentes enmascarados, sin orden judicial, en trabajos, tiendas, hasta en las escuelas. Eso no es justicia. Eso es abuso.
Ciudadanos, residentes legales, solicitantes de asilo e indocumentados… todos están en la mira.
Familias están siendo separadas. Niños viviendo con miedo.
Esto no es política normal. Esto es un momento decisivo.
Ellos cuentan con que seguiremos callados.
Cuentan con que tengamos miedo.
Pero no nos vamos a rendir. No ahora. No nunca.
